Program Requests
A Program Request Form (PRF) is required for all requests and changes to the Microfinancial production system. The PRF form process is not intended to slow down enhancements, but ensures that a more standard auditable process occurs that meet the needs of the IT Dept. and the auditors. Please let IT know if there are any questions, problems, or suggestions.
Several documents are available.
